You’ll run our project engine, keep our Creatives Team on point, and sync with cross-functional squads to hit every deadline.   • Own every project timeline from kickoff to launch, keeping all teams on track.
  • Enforce QA standards to ensure zero critical errors before go-live.
  • Keep ClickUp, Airtable and Box flawless for team-wide visibility and accountability.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline launches.
  • Lead the Creatives Team to deliver high-quality assets on time, every time.

Daily Hustle:

  • Run ClickUp, Airtable and Box like a pro, keeping tasks and data 100% accurate.
  • Lead weekly 411 meetings with the Creatives Team to prioritize and deliver assets on time.
  • Deliver weekly video updates to leadership, summarizing progress with clarity.
  • Analyze risks, squash blockers, and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure packaging, listings, and artwork meet Hadley Designs’ high standards.
  • Propose and implement at least one process improvement per quarter to boost efficiency.
  • Sync daily with the Creatives Team to tackle urgent tasks and keep momentum.
  • Maintain Box and Airtable databases, ensuring zero discrepancies.
  • Track KPIs and report on project metrics to keep everyone in the loop.
KPIs You’ll Smash:
  • Launch 95% of new products on or before their planned date.
  • Ensure 100% of projects are launch-ready 2 weeks prior to go-live.
  • Achieve 100% pre-launch QA checklist passes with ≤1 error per 20 products.
  • Keep ClickUp tasks 100% updated with <5% overdue at any time.
  • Maintain 100% Airtable and Box data accuracy in monthly audits.
  • Implement one high-impact process improvement per quarter.
  • Ensure zero avoidable post-launch errors (artwork, packaging, listings).
Who You’ll Roll With:
  • Creatives Team - Daily syncs to prioritize tasks and drive quality deliverables.
  • Senior Manager, Product Operations - Regular alignment on designs and listings.
  • Chief Creative Officer - Weekly updates to keep creative workflows tight.
  • Cross-Functional Teams - Regular collabs with Product Development and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
  • Executive Leadership - Monthly check-ins to showcase wins and get feedback.

RequirementsWho You Are:
  • A project management pro with 3+ years in fast-paced e-commerce, ideally managing product development, project timelines, or supply chain workflows.
  • A master of ClickUp, Airtable, or similar tools—keeping systems clean and teams on track.
  • A detail-obsessed leader who’s coachable and eager to learn our winning ways.
  • A collaborative go-getter who aligns teams and executes with precision.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and loves continuous improvement.
