We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst - AI Initiatives to play a critical role in driving the firm’s AI strategy and execution. This is a high-visibility opportunity to partner with senior leadership, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help transform how our firm leverages AI across service lines and operations.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and working closely with the firm’s AI Steering Committee, this individual will oversee a growing portfolio of AI initiatives from strategy through execution and adoption.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives across the firm
- Oversee project intake, prioritization, and delivery across cross-functional teams
- Partner with leadership, IT, and practice groups to drive AI strategy and execution
- Manage vendors and technology partners, including SOWs and delivery
- Drive change management, training, and adoption of AI tools
- Track utilization and impact of AI initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand AI capabilities and cross-service collaboration
Preferred Experience / Background / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10+ years in program / project management leading multiple initiatives including AI
- Strong change management experience (training, adoption, tracking)
- Background in professional services or regulated environments
- Experience presenting to executive leadership
- Proven vendor management experience
- Knowledge of AI / ML concepts (LLMs, data governance, integrations)
- Experience with AI governance or Centers of Excellence
- Background with a Top 100 accounting firm including Big 4
Working Conditions
- Typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday
- Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days per week in office - or as business needs dictate
- Ability to work extra hours as determined by workload
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout office
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds
