OVERVIEW:
Review, Design & Align:
Design options that meet or improve upon the site budget and prepare the corresponding presentations for review, alignment, and approval.
Incorporate unique site characteristics into the store design that result in an enhanced environment at favorable cost impacts.
Effectively utilize store design guidelines and standards for exterior and interior development and influence in their evolution.
Ensure potential sites and structures are feasible for modifications that will meet the operational, design, merchandising, athlete, and teammate needs of a Dick’s Sporting Goods store.
Facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders ensuring common understanding of the site conditions and design options created.
Assist in maintaining an up-to-date Remodel scope prioritization matrix and corresponding cost estimates.
Assist in maintaining a log of each open store’s architectural, fixture, display, and merchandising elements for use in determining the range of potential remodel scopes of work.
Perform site visits of potential New (and Renew/Remodel) store projects with internal and external stakeholders ascertaining the condition of the sites and incorporating those insights into store plans and scopes-of-work.
Build and maintain an archive of studies created for each project, which may include scope notes, shell plans, overlays, LOD level drawings, feasibility studies, exterior elevations, and preliminary plans.
Project Management:
Effectively manages schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Quickly shifts focus to the highest priorities and works independently.
Challenges the status quo, champions change, and influences others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Architecture, Interior Design or similar
5-7 years experience
Proficient in Revit BIM software
Proficient in AutoCAD
Adobe InDesign
3D CAD experience preferred but not required
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong desire for continuous improvement
Able to effectively manage change
Highly collaborative
Very proficient at working independently
Takes the initiative
Skilled at organizing and communicating thoughts effectively

Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
