Responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Coordinate planning activities, track progress, prepare reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Maintains, organizes, and updates project documentation and content to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility.
Collaborates with the business to gather, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.
Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid in decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Coordinates the execution and on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
Identifies and communicates project issues, dependencies, and risks. Supports the development of proactive mitigation strategies and solutions.
Supports resource planning activities by tracking allocations and identifying potential constraints or gaps.
Fosters effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.
Evaluates project management processes, tools, and templates; recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Nature and Scope
Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in project coordination/management environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong math skills (e.g., invoicing, determining quantity and weight of product)
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.
Prior experience with Oracle and/or aSa software
