Responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Coordinate planning activities, track progress, prepare reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Maintains, organizes, and updates project documentation and content to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility.

  • Collaborates with the business to gather, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data.

  • Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid in decision-making and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinates the execution and on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.

  • Identifies and communicates project issues, dependencies, and risks. Supports the development of proactive mitigation strategies and solutions.

  • Supports resource planning activities by tracking allocations and identifying potential constraints or gaps.

  • Fosters effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.

  • Evaluates project management processes, tools, and templates; recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Nature and Scope

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.

  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

  • None.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination/management environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong math skills (e.g., invoicing, determining quantity and weight of product)

  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.

  • Prior experience with Oracle and/or aSa software

$24.50-$36.30 Hourly

Colorado law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs.  This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job.  Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
