Fabricates customized reinforcing steel products from work orders and rebar tags; operates and adjusts shears, benders, and automated equipment; inspects dimensions and quality; troubleshoots defects; organizes, bands, stages, and prepares materials for shipment. Maintains a clean, safe work area while handling materials in indoor and outdoor industrial environments.

Participates in a 6–12 month accelerated sales training program covering products, vendors, customers, pricing, systems, competitors, and selling techniques. Prepares account plans, sells White Cap products and value propositions, conducts jobsite and office sales calls, processes customer orders, and develops customer and supplier relationships. The role requires consistent operation of a company or personal vehicle and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Leads and performs customized rebar fabrication according to work orders and specifications. Operates, optimizes, and troubleshoots fabrication equipment; oversees material handling, quality inspections, staging, and shipment preparation. Provides daily direction, training, and task delegation to team members while enforcing safety standards and maintaining an organized production environment. Works indoors and outdoors under physically demanding conditions.

Manage execution of rebar projects from setup through completion, including contract management, scheduling, coordination with detailers and production, reviewing shop drawings, resolving customer issues, and ensuring on-time delivery. Perform project planning, problem solving, and occasional special projects to support organizational goals.

Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.
