RevolutionParts is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Account Manager) to own the end-to-end success of our largest and most strategic OEM and Auto Group partnerships. Operating as the general manager of assigned partner programs, the Program Manager is accountable for overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, partner retention, and contractual commitments.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. The Program Manager proactively develops and executes program strategies, establishes business objectives, leads cross-functional initiatives, and drives accountability across internal and external teams to deliver measurable results. The Program Manager is not simply responsible for managing relationships or coordinating activities. They are accountable for leading the program, driving business outcomes, and ensuring successful execution across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong automotive industry knowledge, business and financial acumen, executive relationship management, and disciplined execution to maximize value for our partners and RevolutionParts.

- Own assigned OEM and Auto Group programs from onboarding through growth, optimization, renewal, and expansion in order to give each partner program a single accountable owner across its full lifecycle, so nothing falls between handoffs.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, including strategic priorities, financial objectives, operational KPIs, and growth initiatives in order to align each program to clear, measurable goals instead of reactive day-to-day management.
- Maintain accountability for overall program health, business performance, contractual commitments, and partner success in order to ensure commitments to partners are met and issues surface early rather than at renewal.
- Drive program GMV, revenue growth, profitability, and expansion opportunities across eCommerce and marketplace channels in order to grow the value of each partnership for both the partner and RevolutionParts.
- Own program forecasting, performance analysis, and financial planning in partnership with Finance and Analytics in order to give leadership a reliable view of program performance and what to expect next.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Support, and other internal teams in order to mobilize teams that do not report to this role around partner priorities.
- Translate program objectives and partner requirements into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes in order to convert partner needs into work that gets scheduled, owned, and delivered.
- Drive execution, manage dependencies, proactively resolve risks, and ensure accountability for program deliverables and commitments in order to keep programs on track and prevent missed deliverables from damaging partner trust.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship owner for OEM and Auto Group partners, building strong relationships from operational teams through executive leadership in order to create trusted partner relationships at every level that hold up through leadership and personnel changes.
- Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, program governance, and ongoing performance discussions in order to keep partner executives informed and aligned on results, priorities, and next steps.
- Manage partner expectations, proactively address business risks, and drive retention, renewals, and long-term partnership growth in order to protect renewals and recurring revenue from the largest partnerships.
- Monitor and improve critical operational KPIs, including dealer participation, order fulfillment, cancellations, customer experience, and program efficiency in order to strengthen the day-to-day program performance that drives partner satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to strengthen program performance and scalability in order to fix root causes so programs can scale without a proportional increase in effort.
- Oversee new program launches, integrations, channel expansions, and contractual deliverables to ensure successful execution in order to deliver launches and expansions on time and as contracted.
- Own program performance reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and communication of results against established targets in order to make program results visible and hold the program accountable to its targets.
- Leverage data and market insights to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and recommend strategic and operational improvements in order to direct effort toward the opportunities most likely to move results.
