Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Retail Wireless team, serving the Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, business models, and innovative strategies. This role addresses complex operational bottlenecks, cross-system dependencies, and enterprise-wide scope management across multi-functional initiatives. Success requires translating high-level strategic goals into detailed technical business requirements while bridging communication between technical and non-technical business units. By leading structured problem-solving efforts and implementing scalable workflows, the position ensures seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans outlining prioritization, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cross-system dependencies
  • Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and product use cases to guide IT development and support customer-centric designs
  • Serve as the central communication bridge across cross-functional departments to report program status, mitigate business risks, and manage executive stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus to manage project scope, address dependencies, and eliminate operational blockers
  • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and root-cause analysis to resolve system bottlenecks and cross-team conflicts
  • Champion modern project management platforms and AI productivity tools to create scalable, transparent workflows

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured project management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal expertise with the ability to influence leadership, build consensus, and resolve organizational conflict
  • Proven adaptability, proactivity, and customer focus when operating within fast-paced enterprise environments
  • Deep capability in capturing, documenting, and managing cross-functional technical requirements and organizational impacts
  • Proficiency leveraging enterprise tools such as Google Suite and related PM solutions
  • AI literacy and application skills to drive continuous workflow optimization and productivity enhancements

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Critical experience leading technical business programs and managing cross-functional initiatives within fast-paced environments
  • Must be proficient in:
    • Google Suite
    • ServiceNow
    • Snowflake 
    • Hive
    • Atlassian and modern project management software

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
