Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Mobile Retail Fleet, Program Manager is responsible for the strategy and operations of the mobile retail fleet-a key driver of customer acquisition and engagement. This role manages mobile asset operations, plans and executes high-impact events, and drives wireless sales through innovative customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet & Asset Management: Oversee maintenance, inventory, branding, and tracking of mobile units
  • Event Execution: Plan and manage mobile deployments for events and strategic locations, handling logistics, staffing, and marketing collaboration
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and staff training to drive conversions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, Retail Ops, and Network teams for seamless execution
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to unit performance, events, customer acquisition, and sales; deliver actionable insights
  • Operational Improvement: Optimize logistics and sales processes to enhance customer experience and ROI

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years in program/project management, ideally in retail ops, event planning, or telecom

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and logistics
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with mobile retail units or field marketing in the wireless industry
  • Event planning background focused on sales or customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of wireless products, services, and market trends

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
