ResMed’s Global Marketing team is seeking a Program Manager to join the Global PMO. In this strategic role, you will oversee high[1]priority, enterprise-level marketing initiatives that are critical to the success of our business. Specifically, you will manage the Brand Activation program, ensuring it runs smoothly and aligns with broader marketing and business objectives. As a key point of contact for major enterprise planning programs, you’ll play an instrumental role in driving visibility, ensuring progress, and maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex, multi-track programs with a focus on large-scale, high-visibility initiatives. These programs contribute directly to strategic goals and require a hands-on approach to leadership, prioritization, and coordination to ensure seamless execution. Your role will include not only keeping the flow of work moving but also acting as the primary liaison for key programs tied to our enterprise annual planning. Your ability to communicate effectively and keep stakeholders informed and engaged will be essential.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Shape the emerging roadmap, organize initiatives, and oversee progress across sub-projects within the program. Ensure program goals and scope are clearly defined and aligned, with all initiatives contributing meaningfully to broader business objectives.
  • Develop and manage workflows for complex, multi-track engagements—prioritizing what matters most and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, guiding best practices in planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs.
  • Implement scalable processes that improve team efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and project outcomes. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks–developing and driving mitigation strategies.
  • Champion Agile and iterative processes, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and task tracking to support program oversight and execution. Track and report on key performance metrics and program health to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead regular meetings to gather and communicate status, plan changes, risks, and issues across the program. Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, or activities needed to gather insights and lead strategically at the program level.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience managing programs and large-scale projects
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Project Managers, establishing ways of working
  • Strong backgrounds in marketing program management, understanding how Marketing functions (Brand, Digital, Creative, Audience, etc.) contribute to overall success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; confident interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management processes and methodologies
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities across multiple projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution Experience driving scalable processes and improving operational efficiency within large, matrixed organization

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: 

$146,000 - $218,000
