The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and implement change for employees and clients, bringing project management discipline to the delivery of change plans, enablement content and communications.
The role is scoped to assume ‘run the business’ content and communication portfolio, recurring publications, and the RIA Connection communication cycle.
The position supports the four primary function objectives of Enablement: prepare employees and clients for change through proper planning and communication; support employees and clients with training and resources so they adapt smoothly; minimize resistance by addressing concerns and communicating the benefits of change; and maximize the benefits of new initiatives so they produce positive outcomes for the organization and its members.

Responsibilities:
Change Plan Intake & Tier 1 Support
  • Own the end-to-end enablement plan for Tier 0 & 1 changes, from intake through publication and dissemination.
  • Facilitate partner and alignment meetings with initiative owners, product, service, and relationship management to establish scope, audience, timing, and dependencies for each change
  • Apply the standardized change approach to determine the appropriate support tier for each incoming request and document the rationale for the tier assigned
  • Build the change plan, including tactics, audiences, sequencing, and artifact list, and route it through review and approval
  • Maintain project management hygiene for all assigned change plans so status, owners, and blockers are current and visible
Tier 0 & Tier 1 Content Production
  • Produce Tier 0 content across the standing channels: RIA Connect / Custody Connection, Axos Connection, TV display slides, AXcelerate publication, and Axos Insights
  • Draft Tier 1 talking points and route them through the established review and approval path
  • Develop change artifacts including FAQs, talking points, user guides, job aides, and video demos in support of assigned changes
  • Adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience, maintaining consistent voice, terminology, and brand standards across all channels
  • Publish approved content to the centralized SharePoint and confirm the change calendar reflects the delivery
RIA Connection Coordination & Content
  • Coordinate the weekly RIA Connection cycle, including the weekly call topics email and gathering content from contributing teams
  • Draft and review RIA Connection content, working with subject matter experts to confirm accuracy before publication
  • Manage contributor deadlines and escalate gaps early enough to protect the publication date
Recurring Publications & Communications
  • Build and publish recurring communications in Contact Monkey, including AXcelerate, Liberty / Host / Tech Roundup, and Axos Transformation Times
  • Gather and review Azure DevOps release content for inclusion in technology-facing publications
  • Route publications for manager review and approval, publish on schedule, and archive to SharePoint
  • Support call campaigns, including intake, stakeholder alignment, business requirements definition, Salesforce ticketing, and internal communication
Program Operations & Governance
  • Develop and review process maps documenting enablement intake, tiering, production, and publication workflows
  • Maintain Workboard / OKR entries for assigned objectives and key results on the published cadence
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience in financial service, change agent, strong communicator, collaborator and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables against fixed publication and change calendar dates
  • Experience drafting business communications
  • Working knowledge of project management practice, including planning, status reporting, and tracking against a schedule
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, technology, service, and relationship management
  • Experience with content, communication, or work management platforms (SharePoint, MS Suite, Adobe) preferred
  • Familiarity with broker-dealer, RIA, custody, or wealth management operations preferred
