The Role
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our U.S. Government Program Management team in Longmont, CO. This team oversees a U.S. Government satellite access program and works closely with our government customer to ensure contract execution and mission success.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance independent work and team collaboration.
Responsibilities

• Support program managers in day-to-day program delivery.
• Plan and coordinate monthly Program Management Reviews and Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Perform secure data transfers across security and network domains.
• Partner with the Enterprise Reporting Team and operational owners to develop and maintain program reports.
• Manage planned maintenance activities internally and through customer change-management processes.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure ISO certification standards and documentation are met.
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve program issues and escalate when needed.
• Work under general direction for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new projects.

Minimum Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Ability to work onsite in Longmont, CO.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management or office management.
• Background in program documentation and deliverable generation.
• Familiarity with ISO certification processes.
• Knowledge of Vantor products, systems, or procedures.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $61,000.00 - $101,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
