We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially savvy Program and Events Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives that drive meaningful change within our communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about uplifting underserved youth, community development, and ensuring measurable, lasting impact. This role requires exceptional project management skills, financial reporting expertise, and strict attention to detail to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with financial policies.


About The Role
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse social impact initiatives aimed at connecting underserved youth to the tech sector.
  • Oversee program budgets with precision—tracking expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring full compliance with accounting procedures, funding requirements, and financial policies.
  • Coordinate educational programming, inspirational workshops, and training sessions across NYC schools while maintaining fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Monitor project progress, assess financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all financial reporting obligations are met, preparing detailed reports and analysis to track funding utilization and program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to raise awareness of programs, engage key audiences, and drive support for social impact efforts.
  • Collect data, evaluate project outcomes, and generate insights to drive continuous program improvements and inform future decision-making.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, social impact, or community development, with a strong focus on financial reporting and budget management.
  • Proven ability to track program expenditures, and ensure compliance with accounting and foundation financial protocols.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all program operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and delivering presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools; experience with monday.com is a plus.
  • Startup mentality with the ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000 - 120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
