monday.com is looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, as well as strong experience in marketing across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically navigating our client-facing channels and executing with exceptional attention to detail, all while maintaining alignment with our overall style guidelines. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role
- Serve as an ambassador for the monday.com brand by creating and implementing brand guidelines for each project
- Continuously innovate within the design team to develop and enhance marketing initiatives that engage our customers
- Review work with an objective, data-driven perspective, and apply insights to future projects
- Own strategic projects and lead them from start to finish
- Use strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team
- Act as a strategic partner—not just a doer—by working closely with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process, with a focus on client-facing event design
- A strong design portfolio showcasing online marketing assets, full campaigns, sales collateral, branding, and solid graphic design principles
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to set aside ego for the benefit of the team
- Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or a related field
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other generative AI platforms) is a plus

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $135,000-$160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
