THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a team that’s changing financial services

Zocks is the #1 AI assistant for financial advisors. We help advisors automate their operational work and grow their business. 5,000+ firms use Zocks to turn client conversations into completed work.

We're a venture-backed team, building something that changes how financial advisors serve their clients every day. Every role here is an opportunity to shape the product, the company, and the way an entire industry works. We hire sharp, curious, and kind people who want to do meaningful work and build something from the ground up, together.

WHO YOU ARE

The SHARC in the room

At Zocks, we hire for SHARC - five qualities that define how our best people work and win together.

S - Sharp

You move fast without cutting corners. Quick decisions, thoughtful execution - you know when to act independently and when to loop in leadership.

H - Hungry

You're a self-starter who celebrates teammates as loudly as your own wins. Humble hustle is your default mode.

A - Adaptable

Startup life means things shift fast. You lean into change, pivot gracefully, and genuinely enjoy figuring out what's next.

R - Resilient

Building something new isn't always smooth. You bounce back stronger, see obstacles as puzzles, and never lose sight of the bigger picture.

C - Curious

You ask the questions others miss. You explore for fun, not just for work - and it shows in the quality of your thinking.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Product Success Specialist role blends user activation, customer education, product expertise, and scaled programs. You'll build and run onboarding and adoption playbooks that accelerate SMB customers to activate their initial workflows and expand into new ones. You will advise and educate users on the Zocks platform, and help us create scaled adoption programs based on your insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Accelerate time-to-value for new SMB customers by building and delivering scalable programs that educate customers on best practices and drive initial activation

  • Proactively monitor a large portfolio of SMB accounts, identify opportunities to improve configuration and product utilization, and conduct targeted advisory sessions to help those customers drive deeper adoption

  • Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks in collaboration with GTM and Product leadership.

  • Partner with Product to optimize our in-product UX and onboarding flows

  • Collaborate with Implementation & Marketing to create new scaled training and education content

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities in existing customers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in implementation, activation, scale customer success, or similar.

  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business in a scale, SMB, or similar segment.

  • Prior experience in a wealthtech/fintech company or financial services firm is a big plus.

  • Creative, systematic thinker: You continuously think about how to scale or automate workstreams over time.

  • Proactive problem solver: You identify trends and use them to uncover improvement opportunities and standardize best practices. You identify data and reporting that would uncover new insights and direct our approach.

  • Builder mentality: You are adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.

  • Strong interest in AI and how it will transform wealth management and financial services.
