The role requires strong SaaS support leadership, security awareness for wealth-management clients, and at least three days per week in the Denver office.

Troubleshoot complex issues with the Zocks AI platform across video, phone, chat, and email; educate users on features, drive product adoption, and communicate customer insights to product and engineering teams. The role requires root-cause analysis, strong written and verbal communication, technical problem-solving, API integration experience, adaptability, and careful handling of sensitive financial data in a hybrid Denver startup environment.

Manage daily operations for the Denver office and remotely support the New York office. Responsibilities include supplies, vendors, mail, deliveries, visitor and interview logistics, onboarding preparation, basic IT/AV troubleshooting, contract and budget tracking, employee perks, events, and People Ops projects. The role requires proactive ownership, strong communication, comfort with shifting priorities, and five days per week onsite in Denver.

Manage multiple customer implementation projects from planning through deployment, serving as the technical point of contact. Lead and scale the enterprise customer success function for Zocks, managing a team of Enterprise CSMs to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion with large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and financial firms. Build playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships while personally engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Partner with enterprise financial firms to design and implement scalable practice management programs. Lead executive engagement, success roadmapping, content and curriculum development, and live facilitation. Drive adoption through program design, data-driven recommendations, and feedback to Product. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Build and lead Zocks’s implementation function for enterprise and mid-market financial services customers. Hire and develop Implementation Managers, create scalable onboarding and deployment methodologies, establish operating systems and metrics, manage capacity and forecasting, and own implementation outcomes including time-to-live, adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction. Serve as an escalation point for complex deployments and partner with Sales, Support, Product, and post-sales leaders to improve the customer journey.

Lead and grow a Product Success team focused on SMB wealthtech customers. Drive product adoption, accelerate time-to-value, build repeatable playbooks and scalable education, partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities, and measure adoption metrics to improve utilization and activation.

Own full-cycle recruiting across all company functions and experience levels. Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening applicants, building shortlists, coordinating interviews and debriefs, maintaining ATS data, partnering with hiring managers, improving recruiting processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience across multiple simultaneous searches.

Own outbound sourcing strategy across open roles, building passive-candidate pipelines from scratch through Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and personalized outreach.
