Drive SMB customer onboarding and adoption by building scalable education and activation programs. Proactively manage a high-volume account portfolio, advise users, optimize product UX/onboarding, track adoption metrics, and partner with Product, GTM, Implementation, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to increase product utilization and identify expansion opportunities.

Provide expert, multi-channel technical support for the Zocks AI platform; troubleshoot complex issues, drive user adoption, surface product feedback to engineering, ensure data privacy when handling PII, and maintain clear, empathetic communication to maximize customer success.

The Solution Engineer collaborates with clients to optimize Zocks AI usage, leads enterprise deployments, troubleshoots integrations, and builds lasting trust with stakeholders.

Lead and scale the enterprise customer success function for Zocks, managing a team of Enterprise CSMs to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion with large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and financial firms. Build playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships while personally engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Lead enterprise practice management engagements for large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurers. Design rollout strategies, build scalable enablement programs and content, run discovery workshops, analyze data to recommend operational improvements, and deliver in-person/virtual facilitation and industry presentations. Act as enterprise client voice to product and travel frequently for client meetings and conferences.
