Lead executive engagement, success roadmapping, content and curriculum development, and live facilitation. Drive adoption through program design, data-driven recommendations, and feedback to Product. Travel regularly to client sites and industry events to deliver sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.

Lead and grow a Product Success team focused on SMB wealthtech customers. Drive product adoption, accelerate time-to-value, build repeatable playbooks and scalable education, partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities, and measure adoption metrics to improve utilization and activation.

Drive SMB customer onboarding and adoption by building scalable education and activation programs. Proactively manage a high-volume account portfolio, advise users, optimize product UX/onboarding, track adoption metrics, and partner with Product, GTM, Implementation, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to increase product utilization and identify expansion opportunities.
