You are a curious, organized, and technically minded Product Specialist to support the development and delivery of these products. In this role, you will work within well-defined parameters and partner with Product Managers, engineers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to turn straightforward needs into clear product requirements, documentation, testing activities, and product updates. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced team members while building foundational product management, data, and AI skills. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn how enterprise data and AI products move from discovery through delivery and adoption.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Product Managers in gathering and documenting business needs, functional requirements, user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria for data- and AI-enabled products.
  • Assist with maintaining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, status updates, release notes, process documentation, and other materials that keep product work clear and organized.
  • Partner with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to support assigned product activities and help ensure requirements are understood.
  • Perform structured product testing, document results, verify straightforward data and workflow outcomes, and raise defects or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Review basic product usage, data-quality, and stakeholder feedback signals to help the team identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Support product demonstrations, working sessions, and stakeholder touchpoints by preparing materials, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Learn the capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use considerations of the data platforms, AI technologies, and products supported by the team.
  • Identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, data-quality concerns, privacy questions, or unclear requirements to Product Managers and other experienced team members.
  • Build stable working relationships across the team and exchange clear, timely information with colleagues, project leads, and immediate supervisors.
  • Contribute to product documentation and team practices that support consistent, secure, scalable, and user-centered delivery.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1+ year of relevant professional, internship, academic, or project experience supporting product development, software delivery, data and analytics, AI, business analysis, or a related technical area.
  • Foundational knowledge of data concepts and modern technology environments
  • Ability to follow established processes, and execute assigned activities with guidance from more experienced team members.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to document work clearly, track follow-ups, and manage multiple assigned tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Sound judgment to recognize issues, raise red flags, and escalate roadblocks appropriately.
  • Interest in learning and applying responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and accessibility practices in product development.

Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, advertising, content operations, or enterprise technology.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted tools, generative AI applications, analytics products, data pipelines, data models, or workflow automation through professional, academic, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, SharePoint, or similar product and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to translate basic technical information into concise documentation, presentations, or demonstrations for different audiences.
  • Curiosity, a learning mindset, and a willingness to seek feedback and apply coaching.
  • A collaborative, user-centered approach and an interest in understanding how people use products in their day-to-day work.
  • Foundational understanding of product development concepts, including requirements, user stories, testing, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
