Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises and cloud playout infrastructure for IP video distribution. Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scalable fault-tolerant systems. Drive releases, troubleshoot broadcast incidents, mentor SREs, and provide 24/7 on-call support.

Lead deployment and operationalization of AI and automation across Global Media Operations. Identify use cases, translate requirements, manage end-to-end delivery, drive rollout (SOPs, training, adoption), partner with Product/Engineering and vendors, and align solutions with enterprise AI governance and business priorities.

Support and maintain high-availability on-air broadcast, media, and streaming systems across on-prem and AWS. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination. Build reusable infrastructure patterns, perform reliability improvements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Develop runbooks, operational standards, and mentor team members. Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule and occasionally support tier-1 events in person.

Lead deployment of AI and automation across Global Media Operations: identify opportunity areas, define AI strategy and reference architecture, manage teams and vendors, deliver end-to-end solutions, develop SOPs and training, measure adoption, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise AI to ensure secure, scalable implementations.

Build and maintain automation and reliability for live video distribution across on-prem and cloud. Deploy and manage systems, develop monitoring and automated recovery, troubleshoot complex incidents, coordinate with vendors, document SOPs, support live broadcast components, and participate in L2 on-call rotation.
