Supervise overnight broadcast network operations supporting 40+ local station streams and maintaining 99.999% on-air reliability. Lead Master Control Operator training, manage live event execution, coordinate day-of-air changes, document and resolve discrepancies, create SOPs, support change control, and troubleshoot technical issues across departments. The role is fully onsite in Centennial, Colorado and requires flexible overnight, weekend, and holiday availability.

Manage enterprise data and business intelligence products from ideation through optimization. Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product demonstrations. Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, collaborate with engineering, architecture, and vendors, analyze large datasets, coordinate testing and incident resolution, monitor vendor performance, and maintain governance and compliance documentation.

Supports and maintains broadcast transmission, monitoring, automation, and distribution infrastructure across a network operations center and local stations. Troubleshoots on-air and business-critical issues, coordinates with engineering, operations, and vendors, performs upgrades and preventive maintenance, analyzes system health, documents procedures, and participates in on-call emergency response. The role requires expertise in broadcast automation, video formats, IP and SDI systems, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and transmission technologies.
