CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support our Product team and help keep product processes organized as CerebriOS grows. You will coordinate product-related activities, maintain documentation, support backlog and release processes, track product feedback, and help connect Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and other teams.

This role is a strong fit for someone who combines organization and analytical thinking with an interest in software products and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support day-to-day Product team operations and workflows

  • Maintain product documentation, trackers, and internal resources

  • Coordinate product meetings, planning sessions, and follow-ups

  • Help organize and prioritize product feedback from customers and internal teams

  • Support backlog preparation and refinement activities

  • Track product initiatives, dependencies, and deadlines

  • Coordinate information between Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and other teams

  • Support release planning and communication

  • Prepare product updates, reports, and status summaries

  • Maintain product requirements, process documentation, and reference materials

  • Help identify gaps in product processes and recommend improvements

  • Support product research, analysis, and other team initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ year of experience in product operations, project coordination, business analysis, operations, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines

  • Comfortable working with software products and learning new tools

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology products

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies

  • Experience supporting product development or software projects

  • Familiarity with product analytics or reporting tools

  • Experience working with customer feedback or product requirements

  • Previous experience working with cross-functional technology teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$60,000–$78,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
