About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our team and act as a strategic partner to our product organization. This person will be responsible for defining, implementing, and refining the processes, tools, and communication frameworks that connect our Product team with the rest of the company, especially our customer-facing and go-to-market teams. You will be the central hub for ensuring our product strategy is transparent, our customer feedback is heard, and our product release process is seamless. You will also act as a dedicated partner to a specific product line, providing leverage to the Product Managers by handling both strategic, big-picture problems as well as day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Architect: Design and implement scalable, company-wide processes for key product lifecycle events, such as new product introductions (NPI)
Customer Voice Champion: Establish and own the process for collecting, triaging, and acting on customer feedback, enhancement requests, and bug reports from across the organization. - Roadmap & Status Owner: Manage the company's product roadmapping tool and the process for consistent status updates. You will be responsible for ensuring the entire organization has a single source of truth for what the product team is building and why.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Build strong relationships and communication channels with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment and shared understanding of our product strategy and roadmap.
- Tooling Adoption: Drive the adoption and effective use of strategic tools, educating teams on how to leverage them to improve their own workflows and communication.
- Force Multiplier for Product Teams: Act as a dedicated partner to a specific product line, providing leverage to the Product Manager(s) by handling both strategic, big-picture problems and day-to-day operational tasks like tool management and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and owning cross-functional processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Expertise with modern product and project management tools (e.g., ProductBoard, Linear, Notion).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- A strategic and empathetic mindset, with a strong focus on solving for both the business and the customer.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bonus points: Experience with AI-driven tools or automation to streamline complex processes.
