Job Description:

Are you energized by the challenges facing modern IT, where the internet has become the new corporate network? Do you have a deep understanding of network architectures, cloud connectivity, and the vital role of Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) in maintaining business continuity?

We are seeking a highly specialized and driven Product Marketing Manager to be part of our cutting-edge Network Observability marketing team. This role is not just about managing campaigns; it’s about translating deep technical capabilities (like active monitoring, path visualization, flow, packet, fault and network performance) into compelling business value for Network Ops, SREs, and CIOs globally.

If you thrive on owning the narrative, launching innovative products, and empowering sales teams with knowledge about the Internet's "dark corners," then you belong with our team.

Our Product

Our Network Observability solution is an industry-leading SaaS platform that provides deep, end-to-end visibility into the internet, cloud providers and enterprise networks. We give the world's largest companies the necessary intelligence to diagnose performance issues that lie outside their traditional monitoring tools—whether it’s a configuration issue, a cloud provider degradation, or localized user experience issues impacting SaaS applications. This role is the critical link that translates our product’s advanced capabilities into market-defining messaging and a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Messaging & Positioning: Define and own the core product narrative, positioning, and value proposition for our Network Observability platform, differentiating our internet intelligence capabilities.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies and launch plans for major product releases and feature updates.

  • Technical Content Creation: Create high-impact, technically accurate content (e.g., solution briefs, white papers, competitive battlecards) that resonates with Network Ops, SREs, and IT leadership.

  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Arm Sales and Partner teams with the training, tools, and competitive intelligence needed to effectively position and sell the solution.

  • Market Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, representing the product at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, specifically within the Enterprise Networking, Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), or Observability/SRE tooling space.

  • Demonstrated understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, routing, latency, and path analysis) and modern cloud/hybrid architectures.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for technically complex products.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences (from engineers to executives).

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform messaging, track performance, and justify strategic decisions.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and building cross-functional consensus (Product Management, Engineering, Sales).
