We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This person will own messaging, product positioning, value prop creation, and go-to-market strategy for one of our fastest growing SaaS acquisitions.  The ideal candidate is results-driven , collaborative, and customer-obsessed. You have experience explaining next-generation software and have a knack for creating compelling stories that differentiate our offering in the market. You have a deep empathy for buyers and able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience.

You’ll become a product expert and use your customer-obsession to work cross-functionally to translate our core features into customer value. You will work with our Product and Engineering teams to define and launch our roadmap, with Sales to enable our customer-facing teams, and with Marketing to grow awareness and adoption.

LOCATION: Chicago/ Hybrid

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Loadsmart offerings in the market, specific to the target audience’s challenges, opportunities, and needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of how our customers buy, their buying criteria and process; become the expert on competitors and strategies to win against them.
  • Enablement: Communicate the value proposition of services to sales and marketing teams; support creation of materials (e.g., data sheets, white papers, e-books, web content, social posts, blogs, webinars, events) to drive the buyer journey and go-to-market strategy.
  • Go-To-Market: Collaborate with product teams to plan and integrate launches into buyer-focused marketing programs; align with product managers to understand customer needs, key features, and roadmap; serve as the bridge between product, marketing, and sales.
  • Buyer Profiles: Conduct buyer interviews and market research to develop robust, insight-driven personas.
  • Collaborate: Generate actionable, data-driven insights to shape product, sales, and marketing strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS and logistics industries
  • Proven success in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong ability to translate complex features into clear, value-driven messaging for B2B audiences
  • Skilled in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms to drive campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a track record of impactful content creation
