Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Bluepeak is seeking a strategic and market-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle across our product portfolio, from product definition and positioning through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization. In this highly cross-functional role, you will serve as the market-facing owner of Bluepeak’s products, ensuring they are clearly positioned, competitively differentiated, launch-ready, and consistently activated across markets and channels. Sitting within the Go-to-Market team, the PMM plays a critical role in translating product value into compelling, customer-centric narratives that drive go-to-market success.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in product marketing, a sharp understanding of customer and competitive dynamics, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You will be the central point of coordination across Product, Brand, GTM Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Installers, and strategic partners to ensure go-to-market readiness and clarity at every stage. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Bluepeak’s products are brought to market, focused on positioning, activation, and adoption, while enabling teams with the tools and insights needed to drive growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, from discovery and positioning through launch, adoption, and optimization
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing narratives and ensure go-to-market readiness
  • Define and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and persona-based messaging across channels, continuously refining based on customer insights, competitive trends, and field feedback to ensure consistency across Brand, Campaigns, Digital, and Sales
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive moves to inform positioning, messaging, and sales guidance
  • Develop sales-ready talk tracks and narratives to support adoption, upsell, and partner engagement
  • Create sales and installer enablement content and objection-handling resources
  • Lead product packaging initiatives to enhance customer value, market alignment, and brand differentiation.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic business decisions and product direction.
  • Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, leading co-marketing initiatives and guiding co-op fund usage to ensure alignment with product strategy, brand, and launch priorities.

Salary Range: $106,000 - $139,000

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles
  • Proven track record owning product launches and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience with partner or affiliate marketing, co-marketing initiatives, and MDF programs
  • Proven experience owning product launches and go-to-market strategy
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging frameworks, and consumer behavior
  • Highly analytical, leveraging data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and drive ROI
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, able to convey complex strategies to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage cross-functional complexity
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the telecommunications space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Background in telecommunications, broadband, SaaS, or technology-enabled services (preferred but not required).
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
