Role Summary:

To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring a product marketer to own positioning, growth strategy, messaging, and sales collateral development across Care Operations and related solution areas - which includes population health, value-based care, clinical, and ambulatory operations workflows.

The ideal candidate for this role is a marketer who can wear many hats, with proven ability to learn quickly and adapt. We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional execution across marketing, sales, product, and delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Refine and evolve Notable’s product positioning and messaging for intelligent automation across care operations and related solution areas.

  • Define and own our sales collateral bill-of-materials, including decks, demos, and one-pagers.

  • Perform competitive analysis and develop positioning against alternative offerings.

  • Lead the development of custom decks and demos to support large enterprise opportunities.

  • Partner with content marketing and demand gen leadership to define and execute pipeline generation programs.

  • Develop thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) to grow market credibility and support pipeline generation.

  • Collaborate with delivery and customers to identify, define, document, and craft customer successes and case studies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of PMM experience in B2B technology

  • 3+ years in healthcare domain expertise, with a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

  • World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy, to one-pagers and whitepapers.

  • Demonstrated experience developing high-impact sales messaging and slideware.

  • Basic familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. AI, RPA), or a strong desire to learn.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and delivery stakeholders.

  • Willingness to try new things as the market and our business demands.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
