Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Product Marketing Manager for a short term project between 2-3 months This role will be responsible for supporting our transactional cloud email and marketing automation production workflows end-to-end. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, technical acumen, project management, and problem-solving skills to anticipate business needs and resolve production issues. This position is remote and will work mostly MST hours. All qualified applicants must live in the United States and be authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create new email campaigns, including writing SQL-driven automations and building complex user journeys.
  • Configure and continuously optimize API-triggered email campaigns.
  • Proactively track key milestones and collaborate with partners to ensure all project deadlines are met, creating and managing timelines for a high volume of campaigns.
  • Design and build data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support segmentation, personalization, and journey activities.
  • Perform end-to-end email QA, including mobile optimization and dark mode testing.
  • Proofread email copy and assist in maintaining design standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Marketing Manager responsible for marketing automation workflows
  • Experience with project/program management and methodologies
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential to this role
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred
  • Experience with HTML, SQL driven automations and designing journeys is required
  • Must be adept at working with many cross functional stakeholders across the organization
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior level and executive level management
  • Excellent problem solving and resolution skills are needed
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office tools, HTML, SQL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Compensation:

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a short term engagement on 1099 for 2-3 months with an anticipated rate of $85-95/hour. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role
