The Product Marketing Manager, Procurement owns Agiloft’s go-to-market strategy for the procurement space, end to end. This is the person who builds the complete plan for how we sell, market, and win procurement buyers, and who makes sure that plan is grounded in real intelligence rather than guesswork.
You’ll serve as the critical liaison between product, marketing, and sales, and as one of the primary connectors between market intelligence and product strategy. That means gathering and synthesizing competitive insights, customer insights, market intelligence, and analyst perspective on the procurement landscape, and using it to shape not just messaging, but the roadmap and packaging decisions our product team makes. You’ll build the enablement strategy that helps sales win procurement deals, the marketing strategy that builds awareness and pipeline in the space, and the positioning that makes Agiloft the obvious choice for procurement leaders managing supplier risk, approvals, and spend visibility. You’ll also have a direct voice in product packaging and pricing for procurement, ensuring what we build and how we price it matches what this market actually needs and values.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a go-to-market motion from the ground up rather than maintain an existing one, and who is energized by sitting at the intersection of market intelligence, sales strategy, and product strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the complete go-to-market plan for Agiloft in the procurement space, spanning marketing strategy, sales strategy, and enablement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product marketing and sales, ensuring both functions are aligned on procurement positioning, priorities, and execution.
- Build and maintain a continuous intelligence engine covering competitive insights, customer insights, market intelligence, and analyst relations specific to procurement and source-to-contract.
- Translate that intelligence into clear guidance that shapes product strategy, roadmap priorities, and packaging and pricing decisions for the procurement space, in close partnership with product management.
- Own positioning and messaging for Agiloft in procurement, grounded in real buyer workflows, approval structures, and budget pressures rather than a generic feature tour.
- Build the enablement strategy for procurement, including battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo narratives, and playbooks that give sales what they need to win.
- Plan and lead go-to-market launches for procurement-relevant capabilities, coordinating product management, demand generation, and sales around a shared plan.
- Develop content that speaks credibly to the procurement buyer persona such as web copy, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Build the business case and ROI framework procurement buyers need to justify investment, backed by real value drivers and customer proof points.
- Identify and develop procurement customer advocates and references to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Track performance of procurement go-to-market programs and use that data to prioritize future investment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of go-to-market strategy, positioning, or launch execution.
- Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or source-to-contract processes is a strong plus.
- Experience with contract management, legal tech, or sales operations software is a plus.
- Comfort using AI tools to conduct primary business functions is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and lead a go-to-market plan spanning marketing, sales, and enablement, not just a single piece of it.
- Experience gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence, customer insight, and analyst relations into guidance that shapes product and business decisions.
- Strong track record partnering with product management on roadmap priorities and packaging or pricing decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex buyer problems into messaging that lands with buyer personas.
- Experience building sales enablement assets, such as battlecards, playbooks, and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data such as win/loss analysis and pipeline metrics to inform strategy and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional launches, aligning product, sales, and demand generation around a shared plan.
