OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Own Go-to-market process for DICK’S Media offerings
Manage the intake, design, and education efforts for all GTM materials
Partner with monetization team to define and translate new ad products / capabilities as they enter the portfolio
Own the design and creative efforts to build/update sales collateral
Facilitate dissemination and education for all relevant stakeholders
Establish marketing strategies & tactical plans to support product launches and releases
Partner with business and product to implement product launch strategy
Define alpha/beta/pilot approaches with connected integrated marketing and activation tactics
Continuous improvement of the marketing programs that support DMN products
Assess effectiveness of current marketing programs and collateral and recommend strategic evolutions
Implement an ongoing process to collect feedback and iterate to best reflect the fluid state of the DMN portfolio
Create and manage DICK’S Media athlete and performance metrics for GTM narratives
Collaborate with monetization to build performance benchmarking and athlete analytics for use in GTM collateral
Partner with communications and investor relations to define approved narratives
Build a process for continuous improvement and dissemination for relevant stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
3 - 5 Years of experience in product marketing
Proven track record of delivering world-class product and experiences.
Self-starter and independent worker
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products, and shifting priorities through effective planning, prioritization, delegation and coordination across teams and vendors.
