Summary:

In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of products focused on Indirect Spend and Purchased Services categories within the healthcare spend management ecosystem. You will contribute to managing the full product lifecycle for existing products that support advisory and consultative teams while identifying opportunities for new product capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with Vizient’s Spend Management business goals and evolving client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product business planning and lifecycle activities across multiple sprints.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and support roadmap alignment with product strategy.
  • Prioritize and coordinate product backlogs for assigned products and enhancements.
  • Develop product and enhancement release plans and support product release activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to gather requirements and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with UX, application development, and project management teams to translate business requirements into development-ready artifacts.
  • Ensure product functionality and features align with user and business needs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify business opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Engage with users, business operations, product delivery, and sales teams to maintain thoughtful backlog prioritization and maximize product value.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in an approachable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in the supply chain industry preferred, including knowledge of Indirect Spend and Purchased Services categories required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience supporting analytics products and workflow solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI solutions supporting Product Management practices preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering partners to support product delivery initiatives preferred.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
