We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager with an eye for design, understanding customer needs, and outstanding communication skills.
This role requires an individual who can seamlessly blend product management with hands-on responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who can engage deeply with our customers, extract valuable insights, and transform those insights into compelling product experiences and narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to management.
- Plan, initiate, and own both web and native mobile products, including clinical and consumer offerings. Oversee growth, conceptualize new workflows, and manage the product cycle from mockups to production.
- Implement A/B tests, conduct data analysis and take action.
- Talk to customers to understand their needs and integrate into product requirements.
- Work with marketing, design, legal, and customer-facing teams, to define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key milestones.
- 5+ years in product management role with experience in mobile apps and web products.
- Experience working in smaller teams
- Proven experience in making data-driven decision
- Deep understanding of business measures, including subscription funnels, benchmarks.
- Advantage: eye for design and sharp UX instincts (background in design - an advantage).
- Advantage: B2C product management experience
