We are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Emma Connect. You will take ownership of complex product challenges across transportation, warehousing, supplier integration, and inventory management. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our operational needs and our technical solutions, delivering products that drive efficiency, automation, and scalability.
This is a high-impact role for a product manager who excels at translating complex business problems into elegant technical solutions and is passionate about building the foundational systems that make a business run.
What you'll do:
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Shape and deliver the Emma Connect roadmap across four core product areas: our Transport Management System (TMS), the Emma Vendor Portal, our Intermediate Middleware Layer, and Inventory Management systems.
- Prioritize for Impact: Strategically balance delivering quick wins for operational teams with building the long-term, scalable architecture required for future growth.
- Bridge the Gap Between Operations & Tech: Act as the crucial translator between engineering teams and a diverse set of operational stakeholders, including Warehousing, Finance, Transport, Procurement, and external partners (suppliers, carriers etc.).
- Lead Discovery & Validate Needs: Work hands-on with internal supply chain experts and engineers to conduct deep discovery, identify true user pain points, and validate that you are building the right solutions to solve them.
- Drive Automation & Efficiency: Be a relentless champion for automation. Identify and eliminate repetitive, manual tasks to free up valuable time for both our operations and engineering teams, allowing them to focus on high-value work.
- Empower Through Tools, Not Tickets: Focus on building intuitive tools and UIs that empower users, partners, and customers to self-serve - from testing and monitoring integrations to managing their needs without creating engineering bottlenecks.
- Measure What Matters: Define, track, and report on key business outcomes and product KPIs.
Who we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-first environment with experience in an Agile development environment.
- Direct experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce Fulfillment, or Operations.
- Proven ability to manage a product roadmap from discovery to launch and drive cross-functional efforts to deliver impactful products.
- Strong technical acumen and experience with API-driven products, data integrations, or platform services. You must be comfortable and credible in detailed discussions with engineers.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated talent for collaborating with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, from warehouse staff to senior leadership.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to make informed decisions and measure success.
- Bonus if you have experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or building vendor/supplier portals.
What we offer:
- A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
- A career development path tailored to your goals, with access to mentorship, training, and resources that will accelerate your professional growth.
- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team.
- A culture of collaboration and innovation, where you’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, shape processes, and help build the DNA of a maturing company.
- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
