Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill the Scrum role of product owner on a cross-functional product squad, ensuring the product backlog is transparent, visible, understood, and in priority order
  • Collaborate closely to discover effective solutions and then to deliver those solutions to the market
  • Contribute a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business; constraints from marketing, sales, support, finance, legal, and privacy are typical examples
  • Communicate a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products
  • Set outcomes and prioritization within a product initiative
  • Work with design, engineering, and release teams to produce on-strategy outcomes
  • Lead discovery for a project, collaborating with other product roles to reduce key value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks
  • Evangelize the desired customer and business outcomes to their squad, release team, and the company

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS

Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Working knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements
  • Passion for user-centric design and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
  • Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
  • User experience (UX) and customer research
  • Technical understanding of APIs, platforms, and system integrations
  • Roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
    A/B testing and experimentation

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
