As a Product Manager, Trading Product at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll support the development and delivery of key features that power our pre-match and in-play betting experiences. You’ll work closely with product, trading, and engineering teams to improve how we manage and price markets — helping ensure a fast, reliable, and competitive offering.

This is a great opportunity for a product manager with strong collaboration skills, a passion for sports, and a desire to work on impactful, customer-facing features that directly influence what users see and bet on.

Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping and delivery of new trading product features and enhancements, helping manage a multi-team roadmap
  • Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features efficiently
  • Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and operations to understand workflows and identify pain points
  • Monitor product and market performance to identify trends, flag issues, and recommend improvements
  • Use data and customer insights to support prioritization and validate feature impact post-launch
  • Conduct research on competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure strong market positioning
  • Communicate updates, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across the business
     

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of product management or sports trading experience
  • Solid understanding of sports — particularly how fans engage with live events and betting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey product ideas, specs, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineers, analysts, and operational users to deliver cross-functional solutions
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to guide product decisions
  • A proactive, team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
     

Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000

The base salary for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s geographic location. Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires. About the Team

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
