SE Strategy & Operations Manager - Partner SE

Snowflake, one of the most iconic and fast growing technology companies, is seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Solution Engineering (SE) Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone for our global Partner SE organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. You will be responsible for everything from fiscal year operational planning to driving strategic initiatives aimed at driving greater productivity across the field.

The ideal candidate is one who can navigate complex challenges, effectively navigate CRM and planning tools, and is a proactive partner who uncovers the "why" behind the numbers to drive the business forward.

As a SE Strategy & Operations Manager at Snowflake, you will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Alliances & Sales Alignment: Drive tighter integration with the Alliances organization. You will oversee and administer the operational framework for compensation management, territory mapping, capacity planning, and performance metrics to ensure the Partner SE team is incentivized to hit the right targets.

  • Rhythm of the Business: Lead the cadence for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs). You will provide proactive reporting and data-driven insights, collaborating closely with global leadership to track progress against KPIs.

  • Global Standardization: Act as the "global glue" to maintain alignment across AMS, EMEA, and APJ. You’ll ensure that metrics, tooling, and GTM initiatives are consistent worldwide while allowing for necessary regional nuances. You may often be expected to work outside of local work hours to cater to a collaborative global culture.

  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to the PSE leaders across AMS, EMEA and APJ to provide guidance and reconcile feedback on the business and team performance measures.

  • Strategic GTM Initiatives: Support the design and rollout of new GTM strategies and manage the operational deployment for the Partner SE org, with a sound understanding of the various Partner SE types and how they are uniquely positioned across Services, ISV and Cloud.

  • Field Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between Partner SE functions and broader Field SE leadership, ensuring that partner activities are deeply integrated into the wider sales motion.

  • Operational Synergies: Work hand-in-hand with the broader SE Operations and Partner Operations teams to ensure that Partner SE processes don’t exist in a vacuum but are part of a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.

  • AI & Innovation: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven tooling to automate reporting, increase team productivity, and surface innovative data insights that help the organization move faster.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of experience working in GTM Operations, specifically supporting technical or partner organizations

  • Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to influence and improve SE productivity and GTM strategies

  • Excellent organizational skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations and analyses for regular business reviews.

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and Productivity Tooling

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership (RVPs/VPs) and act as a neutral mediator in resolving operational disputes or escalations.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
