Role Summary

Renew Home is seeking a Product Manager to help execute and deliver high-impact consumer experiences that surface new ways for users to save, at the right times. In this role, you will focus on building and improving user-facing products that help people save money, improve comfort, and increase resilience, without requiring them to be energy experts.

You will support the execution of select Home Opportunities, often working in areas where problem definitions and requirements are still evolving. You’ll help bring clarity through hands-on discovery, lightweight analysis, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners, translating direction into well-scoped product work. You’ll be expected to move quickly, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and help drive features from concept through delivery and iteration with a strong bias for action.

You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, partnerships, operations, and fellow Product Managers, as well as with external partners, including OEM partners, to ship product solutions that meet both partner requirements and end-consumer expectations. This may include coordinating requirements, supporting integrations, and ensuring partner inputs are reflected accurately in product execution.

This is a highly executional role, ideal for a Product Manager looking to grow their skills while helping build the foundation of our consumer product and partner-enabled experiences during a period of rapid expansion.

What You Will Do

Execute a set of priority Home Opportunities

  • Take ownership of specific Home Opportunities from the broader roadmap, working closely with product management, design, ops, legal, and external partners.
  • Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and execution, delivering consumer experiences that help users save in new ways.
  • Translate partner requirements into clear consumer-facing product needs and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, intuitive features.
  • Support scalable patterns and components that accelerate the delivery of future home opportunities.

Cross-Functional Planning & Alignment

  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to ensure clarity around priorities and dependencies for assigned work.
  • Help maintain strong cross-functional alignment as partner demand accelerates.
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 2+ years Product Management experience shipping consumer-facing experiences (B2C or B2B2C).
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution with engineering, design, analytics, external partners, and operations.
  • Familiarity with partner-integrated or partner-driven product requirements.
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving culture with ambitious goals.
  • (Preferred) Background in energy services.
  • (Preferred) Experience building 0 to 1 products or features.
  • (Preferred) Experience building AI- or data-powered features.

Benefits

What You'll Get

  • A full-time position, with a competitive salary based on experience. The base salary for this role is: $140k - $170k. We use market data and consider your job family, background, skills, experience, and U.S. work location to determine compensation within our established pay range.
  • Fully remote work environment with home office set-up allowance.
  • Real and lived work-life balance - Company perks include no pre-set vacation limits (with a top-down culture of taking meaningful PTO every year!), parental leave benefits, and a corporate value of working sustainably and putting families first.
  • Competitive benefits package that includes numerous health and wellness benefits.
  • 401(k) plan, with employer contributions to the same.
  • Opportunity to work with amazing people who are passionate about their mission, thriving in a fully-remote work environment, and learning and growing every day.
