- Clearly articulate the 'why' behind features to the team, ensuring their work is tightly aligned with resident needs and business objectives.
- Drive technical requirements for ISP data exchange protocols, ensuring seamless integration with multiple service providers
- Own the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, including sprint planning and feature definition.

- Provide visibility into product performance
- Develop data analytics capabilities to track resident usage patterns, service quality metrics, and revenue performance
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains through automation and self-service capabilities
- Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and launches

- 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years working on API-driven data exchange systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure outcomes
- Experience building and presenting compelling business cases for new features to product leadership and key stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Experience in proptech, SaaS, or telecommunications industries
- Knowledge of internet service provider operations and technical infrastructure
- Experience building products for property management or real estate markets
- Understanding of API design, data architecture, and integration patterns
