About the Role

Our newly launched Group Rate Internet product aims to revolutionize how single-family rental properties deliver high-speed internet to residents, creating tangible value through better experiences and cost savings.
We are seeking a senior product leader for our Group Rate Internet (GRI) business line—a strategic GM-style role responsible for market success, partner growth, and product scale. As Group Product Manager, you will set the vision, roadmap, and operational plan for this high-growth initiative. You bring a blend of business strategy, technical fluency, and team leadership, and are energized by turning market whitespace into scalable product value.

You will champion the GRI vision, delivery and execution across the company and set the long-term roadmap.   As a player-coach you will lead other product managers owning a critical part of the product while driving the larger strategy forward.

Key Outcomes
  • Market Leadership: Define and deliver a multi-year product strategy that establishes GRI as the category-leading internet solution for single-family rentals.

  • Business Growth & Revenue: Develop and execute a plan to grow the product to a multi-million dollar ARR business line within two years.

  • Customer Experience Enablement: Define, deliver, and continuously improve the internal processes and systems that enable a streamlined, best-in-class Group Rate Internet (GRI) experience for both customers and residents.
  • Strategic ISP Partner Expansion: Expand our product availability to 90%+ of managed single-family rental properties across the U.S.

Key Competencies

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and articulate a compelling long-term vision and strategy for the Group Rate Internet product.

  • Conduct deep market analysis, competitive research, and customer discovery to identify and champion new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Build and present business cases to the executive team to secure investment for new products and strategic initiatives.

  • Own the strategic product roadmap, setting clear priorities for the team and ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders.

  • Guide the strategic direction of our integrations with ISPs, Property Managers and the systems they use.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow other product managers, empowering them to do their best work and develop their careers.

  • Establish and model best practices for the product development lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.

  • Foster a highly collaborative and results-oriented environment within your team and across the organization.

Business & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Define and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, regularly reporting on business performance to the executive team.

  • Use data to make high-stakes investment and prioritization decisions, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic objectives.

About you

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading other product managers and owning major product lines, platforms, or P&Ls. You’ve operated at the GM or platform-lead level and can speak to both product execution and business results

  • Experience defining a multi-year product strategy and presenting compelling business cases to executive leadership.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal executives and external partners.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in proptech, SaaS, or telecommunications industries
  • Deep understanding of two-sided marketplaces or platform business models
  • Experience managing complex B2B2C products

We understand that not everyone meets 100% of the qualifications. However, this role requires meaningful experience in technical product management. If you believe you can thrive in this environment and can scale this product nationally, we encourage you to apply
