  • Establish KPIs around delivery success rates, engagement outcomes, and system performance, using insights to optimize continuously.

Notifications & Event Services Development

  • Partner with engineering and architecture to design scalable event-driven frameworks and notification services.

  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for new capabilities such as preference management, delivery tracking, templates, and audibility.

  • Collaborate with UX to ensure notifications enhance user journeys without creating fatigue or compliance risk.

  • Act as the voice of the customer by leveraging analytics, insights, and market trends to shape the prioritization of features.

Cross-Functional Product Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional Scrum team including developers, QA, and UX to deliver impactful platform releases.

  • Act as the central liaison with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure transparency.

  • Drive agile ceremonies and foster collaboration across teams to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

  • Work closely with financial institution clients to gather input, validate designs, and communicate roadmap progress.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years owning platform services such as messaging, eventing, or communications.

  • Experience in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS platforms strongly preferred.

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS, etc.), and multi-channel notification frameworks.

  • Experience with compliance-driven communication (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
