Strategic roadmaps and prioritized project backlogs must be continuously aligned to ensure AI implementations drive clear return on investment while safeguarding the customer and agent experience. - Leverage advanced AI literacy to design and deploy internally driven projects that directly improve the Direct Sales agent and customer experience
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex project plans, mitigating operational risks and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables
- Establish robust feedback loops with senior leadership, delivering concise, data-driven presentations on project statuses and strategic business impacts
Skills, Experience and Requirements

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret complex performance metrics and make data-driven deployment decisions
- Proven expertise in managing diverse stakeholders and driving execution across cross-functional business and technical teams without direct authority

Additional Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a STEM field, such as Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in program/project management

- AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or Agentic AI project tracking
