Pay Range:

$87,600.00 - $144,000.00

Position Summary

The Product Manager – Digital Product Experience is responsible for defining how antibodies are discovered, evaluated, and selected across digital purchasing environments.

This role owns the product strategy and experience design that ensure antibodies are highly discoverable, scientifically differentiated, and confidence-inspiring at the point of customer decision-making.

Working at the intersection of product management, digital platforms, and scientific applications, this position translates portfolio strategy into product experience requirements that improve customer engagement and product selection.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is based on-site in Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product Experience Strategy

  • Define the end-to-end digital product experience across the antibody customer journey (search → evaluate → select).
  • Establish product page architecture, taxonomy, and navigation frameworks.
  • Design how antibodies are organized by application, disease, and workflow.
  • Translate portfolio strategy into digital product requirements.

Discoverability & Decision Architecture

  • Define requirements for search optimization, filtering logic, and product categorization.
  • Ensure antibodies are structured for intuitive discovery and comparison.
  • Design product comparison frameworks that enable confident selection.
  • Partner with Digital and IT teams to implement product experience enhancements.

Validation & Scientific Differentiation Positioning

  • Define how validation data and application performance are presented at the decision point.
  • Establish validation visibility standards across antibody portfolios.
  • Partner with R&D and Applications to prioritize validation investments aligned to product positioning.
  • Ensure scientific differentiation is clearly communicated within product experiences.

Product Representation Across Partner Platforms

  • Define how antibody products are represented across distributor and eMarketplace platforms.
  • Establish product content and validation standards for indirect channels.
  • Ensure consistent portfolio positioning across direct and partner environments.

Portfolio Performance Insights

  • Analyze product-level performance across digital environments.
  • Identify discoverability or positioning gaps impacting product engagement.
  • Translate insights into product experience and portfolio strategy actions.
  • Support data-driven prioritization of product investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences (biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related field). MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Management or digital merchandising experience in life science reagents, or consumables is essential.
  • Strong understanding of antibody applications and validation approaches.
  • Experience working with digital product platforms or eCommerce environments.
  • Ability to translate scientific data into product positioning and user experience requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting product performance metrics.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
