Support commercial antibody production by preparing animal serum and raw materials, executing high-volume antibody purification per SOPs, performing routine Western blots, handling protein formulation and buffer preparation, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating on product development and continuous improvement in a fast-paced lab environment.

Execute antibody conjugation and related production tasks per SOPs, document data for traceability, support processing (aliquoting, labeling), assist Technical Services with testing and customer inquiries, help inventory and continuous improvement, and perform general lab and administrative duties.

Build and execute marketing automation campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms) using Marketo and other platforms. Support QA, segmentation, tracking, reporting, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and campaign strategy to improve ROI and efficiency.

Accountable for operations performance at the Denver site, leading customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. Drive continuous improvement and manage teams across multiple functions.
