Accountable for operations performance at the Denver site, leading customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. Drive continuous improvement and manage teams across multiple functions.

Execute antibody conjugation and related manufacturing processes per SOPs, document production data, support aliquoting/labeling, assist inventory management, respond to technical service inquiries, and contribute to product development and continuous improvement in a lab production environment.

Support antibody production and quality validation in a commercial lab: prepare serum and raw materials, perform high-volume antibody purification, run routine Western blots, prepare buffers, document procedures, and support product development and continuous improvement.
