The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Product Enablement Manager to educate and enable Poppulo internal team in support of our product go-to-market.   

The role will ensure that our internal teams covering implementation, customer success and support have the understanding and information on our products as we release them to the market.  This role will support Product Management and Product Marketing ensuring that internal teams are fully enabled ahead of product release. 

This opportunity is ideal from someone curious about how AI can transform enablement and eager to apply visual computing knowledge to the evolving digital signage space. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

The Product Enablement Manager position will: 

  • Own the enablement of internal teams on new product features and launches working in partnership with Product Marketing who will focus on commercial GTM activities. 
  • Ensure that customer facing technical/support roles including Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering have the understanding and access to product features being released to enable them to support customers in the adoption and operation of the features. 
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge and hands on working experience with Poppulo products. 
  • Apply AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve the way training materials, communications, and enablement resources are developed and delivered. 
  • Own, develop and execute enablement plans for feature releases, including creating training materials, communications, and resources to ensure internal teams are informed and prepared. 
  • Nurture strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing) to ensure deep understanding of their needs, learning objectives and skills gaps is factored into the successful launch of our products. 
  • Support the planning, coordination, and facilitation of company-wide product review meetings, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of product updates and feedback. 
  • Create and maintain high quality, detailed product documentation and information to support training and customer facing documentation preparation. 
  • Be an internal advocate and promoter of Poppulo products, connecting stakeholders to our vision/strategy, and supporting department-specific technical enablement needs. 
  • Manage SKU information and creation for the Line of Business 
  • Bring an understanding of visual computing concepts (e.g., media formats, rendering, display optimization) and apply them to digital signage enablement use cases. 

 

Candidate Expertise Required 

  • 3-5 years proven experience with Product/Technical Implementation, Enablement, or Customer Success. 
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability. 
  • Advanced capability with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint design and management a plus. 
  • Reporting skills in Salesforce.com, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Object structure a plus. 
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, ideally in domains involving visual computing such as video, graphics, rendering, or digital signage systems. 
  • Intrinsic curiosity and a hands-on approach with new tools, with demonstrated interest in applying AI to improve workflows, training effectiveness, and customer success outcomes. 
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of roles at a fast pace. 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation 

Annual base salary gross:  plus variable 85,000-105,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include variable compensation, short-term incentives, health insurance (several options to choose from), accident and life insurance, access to the best in class learning and development platforms, flexible work arrangement, to name just a few!
