Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Leader, HR Leadership and Executive Leadership teams to create and execute multi-channel strategies to identify and source senior-level candidates for both current and future requirements across all lines of business, to include creative networking and branding initiatives
- Initiate contact with passive and active candidates with persuasiveness and maintain high touch, responsive, and lasting relationships through the recruitment lifecycle (source to close)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing and on-going relationship management
- Manage planning and logistics for candidate's interview days onsite; Offer administrative support throughout the hiring process.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in executive search, knowing the ins and outs of recruiting from start to finish.
- You need to have an executive presence and be great at managing relationships with important people.
- A track record of creating and pulling off successful sourcing and recruitment plans.
- Proven experience interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates, and managing the entire hiring process for those tough senior roles.
- Be super comfortable talking (and writing) to mid to senior-level executives.
- A positive attitude and the ability to persuade candidates to join the team.
- Awesome research skills for finding business info online and in databases.
- A relentless drive to find and connect with the very best talent out there.
- A service-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and tenacity.
