Product Enablement Department

The Product organization defines and evolves Vantage’s data center product portfolio, ensuring offerings are scalable, reliable, and aligned to customer and market needs. Product Operations partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure products are ready to launch, scalable in deployment, and performant in production. 

Position Overview 

This role will be based at our Denver, CO location.

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Product Enablement Intern to support the development of repeatable processes, tools, and operational frameworks that allow Vantage’s data center products to be consistently deployed and operated at scale. This role helps bridge product intent and engineering design with real-world execution by strengthening documentation, readiness processes, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. You will help transform one-off execution into standardized, scalable product operations. 

 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Help document and refine operating models, runbooks, SOPs, and launch readiness checklists 

  • Contribute to playbooks that enable consistent execution across regions 

  • Assist in preparing regional onboarding materials and readiness artifacts 

  • Support product launch tracking and milestone visibility 

  • Help coordinate readiness inputs across Engineering, Supply Chain, Delivery, and Operations 

  • Key Interfaces include: Product Management, Product Engineering, Sales/Sales Engineering, New Site Development, Delivery & Construction, Data Center Operations, and Supply Chain.  

  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.

    • How cross-functional teams align to enable speed, cost efficiency, and reliability at scale 

    Job Requirements 

    Education:

    • Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field.

    • Rising Junior or Senior status

    • Minimum GPA requirement – 3.0

    Essential Job Functions 

    • Interest in infrastructure, data centers, industrial systems, or large-scale operations.

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    • Comfortable working in structured documentation and process environments.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn dashboards, workflow, and project management tools.

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    • Preferred exposure to project management, construction, supply chain, or engineering environments.

    • Preferred familiarity with process improvement or operations concept.

    • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

    Additional Details

    • Salary Range: $20-$25/hr.

    • We will have 2 intern cohort timeframes to choose from: June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026 and June 22nd, 2026 - August 28th, 2026
