The Product Designer creates intuitive and accessible user experiences for RXNT’s products. This role combines user research, interface design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of healthcare users and administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for RXNT products
- Advocate for accessibility and usability across product experiences
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
- Support go-to-market materials with design assets
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product design experience; experience in healthcare
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Education/Certifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
