Product & Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote | Reports to: Sr. Director of Product Marketing
Grace Hill is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product & Content Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our product marketing and content initiatives across a diverse suite of SaaS solutions. In this role, you will help craft compelling messaging, develop engaging content, and support go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our solutions are effectively positioned in the market and supported by impactful marketing materials. This entry level role is ideal for a versatile marketer who enjoys balancing creative content development with strategic marketing execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Product Marketing Support- Contribute to developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that clearly communicate the value of Grace Hill solutions.
- Monitor the market trends and competitor activities to help align strategic marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate product launch activities across teams to ensure smooth execution and market alignment.
- Maintain and update key resources like buyer personas, journey maps, and competitive battle cards.
- Understand win/loss insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop and manage content such as blogs, webinars, customer success stories, and other thought leadership materials that engage prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create educational and engaging content aligned to customer needs and market trends.
- Working with the product marketing team, this role will create customer success stories and testimonial content that highlights client outcomes and product value.
- Support digital marketing efforts by delivering content optimized for SEO, email campaigns, social, and other channels.
- Partner with Demand Generation to activate campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, product adoption, and customer retention.
- Develop sales and customer enablement materials such as slide decks, brochures, one-pagers, playbooks, and other content to help accelerate pipeline conversion and drive migrations.
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence and provide tools that empower the sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, customer success and product initiatives.
- 2+ years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS; PropTech or Multifamily Real Estate industry experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work cross-functionally.
- Proficient writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating marketing content, such as blogs, slide decks, brochures, and other marketing assets.
- Comfortable conducting basic market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
- Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
