Position SummaryThe Strategy & Product Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy direction and product roadmap. Leveraging strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, this role you will shape strategic initiatives, support annual planning, conduct macro-market research, facilitate Redaptive’s OKR process, and craft executive-ready collateral that guides decision-making across the company.

- Translate unstructured business problems into clear frameworks with concise recommendations for senior leadership and the Board, underpinned by data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strategy frameworks and methodologies that assess new market opportunities, business models, and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on business forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning to inform decision-making
- Support Finance in creating robust financial models and scenario analyses that underpin long-range planning
- Support annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, driving alignment across the full enterprise
- Conduct market research that provides actionable insights on macro trends, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes
- Conduct top-down and bottom-up market sizing, macro trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Oversee the company’s OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, ensuring alignment across teams, tracking progress against strategic goals, and driving accountability for key initiatives.
- Support functions in ensuring that functional strategies appropriately cascade from corporate strategy
- Establish dashboards and cadence reviews that track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability for key initiatives
- Develop board materials, investor updates, and customer-facing collateral that articulates Redaptive’s value proposition and strategic direction
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects from hypothesis design to executive presentation to pilot execution
- Structured, first-principles problem-solving mindset
- Strong quantitative skillset that includes comfort with light financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in market analysis, business modeling, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership, customers, and external stakeholders
- Strong project-management skills (e.g., workplan development, stakeholder management, ability to meet tight deadlines)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for energy, sustainability, or climate tech markets
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy/product roles
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic analyses and executive-level presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree a plus
- Experience in energy, real estate, climate tech, or Proptech sectors preferred
Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000
Travel & Work Environment- Up to 10% travel may be required for team off-sites, customer visits, and industry events
