About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary Principal Product Marketing Manager, Serverless to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our cloud product portfolio. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, driving positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and product launches for our cloud solutions. As a senior member of the Product Marketing team, you will shape how our serverless offerings are perceived in the market and adopted by enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for cloud products and features, including launch planning, field enablement, and customer campaigns.
Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates our cloud offerings in the market. Tailor messaging to different personas including developers, DevOps, platform engineers, and enterprise buyers.
Sales & Field Enablement: Create sales tools, playbooks, and training materials to empower field teams to engage effectively with prospects and customers. Lead enablement sessions and drive consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Customer & Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights that inform marketing strategy, product development, and executive decisions.
Thought Leadership & Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to develop blogs, whitepapers, webinars, presentations, and analyst briefings that establish our brand as a cloud innovation leader.
Product Launches: Partner with product management and cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact product and feature launches. Ensure internal readiness and external awareness.
Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, with at least 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or related technical domains.
Proven track record of leading successful GTM efforts for complex cloud-native or SaaS products.
Strong technical acumen; ability to deeply understand and explain cloud architecture, containers, serverless, CI/CD, and modern developer workflows.
Deep understanding of serverless runtimes and execution models, such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS), Cloud Run or other open-source alternatives (container-based serverless).
Experience marketing serverless platforms, FaaS tools, or developer workflows built on event-driven or ephemeral compute architectures.
Ability to translate the value of serverless architectures to both technical and executive audiences, and shape messaging around scalability, efficiency, and developer productivity.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a talent for simplifying technical concepts.
Experience working with product, sales, and customer success teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Partner with Product Management on upcoming roadmap items that require GTM support.
Create a launch framework for new cloud features (or upcoming runtime milestones).
Audit existing sales enablement content and identify key gaps.
First Year
Scale programs across global regions and partner ecosystems.
Set the stage for future product-category expansion.
Cloud and serverless thought leadership campaigns integrated into brand narrative.
Year-end summary report highlighting marketing-driven revenue influence, launch success, and enablement metrics.
