About This Opportunity:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Docebo, you will play a strategic role in shaping how our learning management solutions are positioned and adopted in the market. You’ll lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, define messaging and positioning for your product portfolio, and develop compelling marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive growth. Your ability to blend market insight, product knowledge, and customer empathy will be key to ensuring Docebo maintains its leadership in the learning technology space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and positioning: Drive the development of differentiated product positioning, pricing strategies, and success metrics for your portfolio. Use market and performance data to guide decisions and optimize for adoption and retention.
- Own go-to-market plans: Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clear internal alignment and strong external impact.
- Act as a strategic partner: Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, enablement, and execution.
- Market and customer insight: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research, analyze customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning, messaging, and product roadmap influence.
- Develop high-impact content: Create and guide the production of compelling marketing materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, website copy, video scripts, webinars, and customer case studies.
- Enable the sales organization: Develop and deliver enablement tools, training, and messaging frameworks that help sales teams understand the product, engage prospects, and close deals effectively.
- Champion thought leadership: Represent Docebo at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings while also advocating for the product and customer within the company.
- Analyze and optimize: Track performance metrics across marketing programs, launch activities, and enablement tools to evaluate success and continuously improve strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies and executing high-impact product launches.
- Deep understanding of learning management systems or the broader edtech or HR tech space.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience communicating across technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements, industry events, and team collaboration
