As the global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance, we help some of the world's most recognized brands deliver seamless, reliable, and engaging interactions across voice, digital, messaging, and AI-powered channels. Every year, our platform helps optimize hundreds of millions of customer journeys, ensuring businesses can confidently deliver exceptional experiences at scale.

As enterprises race to deploy agentic AI, the defining question is no longer whether AI can handle customer interactions, it’s whether those interactions can be trusted. Cyara is the confidence layer that answers that question, testing AI agents with AI agents to detect hallucinations, validate decisions, and ensure compliance before failures ever reach your customers.

Joining Cyara means helping shape the future of customer experience, partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands, and working alongside passionate, talented people who are committed to making every customer interaction better.

The Role

Cyara is the assurance layer that makes enterprise AI investment defensible. Our customers are deploying AI agents into contact centers that handle millions of conversations, and they need proof those agents behave the way they promised the board they would. AI Trust and the Cyara Agentic Platform are how they get it.

You own the marketing for a specific set of product lines. That means the positioning, the messaging that sales actually uses, the launches, and the competitive story. You will spend your time with buyers who are three months into an AI deployment and cannot tell whether it is working, and you will turn what they tell you into the market's clearest explanation of why agentic AI needs assurance.

What you will own

    • Positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance. Write the narrative, defend it in front of sales and product, and update it when the market moves.

    • Launches. Own go-to-market for agentic AI releases end to end: launch tiering, enablement, content, analyst and press briefings, and post-launch measurement against pipeline targets.

    • Buyer and market research. Run customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and analyst conversations. Bring back what buyers say, not what we wish they said.

    • Competitive positioning. Track the vendors showing up in our deals — pure-play AI evaluation tools, CCaaS-native testing, and manual QA teams — and give sellers a straight answer on where Cyara wins and where it does not.

    • Sales enablement. Build the pitch, the discovery questions, the objection handling, and the demo narrative. Sit in on calls and fix what is not landing.

    • Content that carries technical weight. Solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference sessions on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX.

    • Cross-functional partnership. Work daily with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success. Product marketing at Cyara is the connective tissue between what engineering builds and what a seller says on a call.

    • This will be an individual contributor (IC) role to start with and grow into leading a team as we scale.

What we are looking for

    Required

    • 10+ years in B2B SaaS and AI product marketing, with at least 2 years at senior or lead level owning a product portfolio independently.

    • A track record of shipping launches that moved pipeline and bookings, with the numbers to show it.

    • Writing and presentations that stands on its own. Concise, specific, no filler. We will ask for samples and we will read them closely.

    • Comfort with technical buyers and technical product teams. You can hold a conversation with an engineer and a CX executive in the same hour.

    • Experience selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led motion with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Bonus, and it counts for a lot

    • Direct experience marketing agentic AI, LLM-based applications, AI evaluation, or AI governance products. You should be able to explain non-determinism, hallucination risk, agent orchestration, and evaluation methodology to a CIO without a script.

    • CX or contact center background — IVR, CCaaS, conversational AI, NLU, or contact center operations.

    • Experience in QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories.

    • Analyst relations experience with Gartner, Forrester, or Everest Group.
